Should Breast Implants Be Removed if There is Continued Pain?

A complete workup needs to be conducted by a board certified plastic surgeon who may be able to determine if the pain is related to the implant. It may not be. The patient should be examined for all possible implant related complications and imaging can be used to supplement the findings.
