You would need to be examined and your medical records reviewed by a board certified plastic surgeon to determine your candidacy for having all procedures completed during one surgery lasting no more than 6 hours. You could stage the BL and arm lift during one surgery, and the TT months later. In an uneventful surgery, four to six weeks may be a reasonable time to stay in the US before returning to Hong Kong. More than 50% of my patients travel from outside Los Angeles. Several hotels/motels are available at a discounted rate, and we have personal nursing care available for those individuals who need or merely desire that level of care.
